Kama alloy

Kama alloy is a nickel (Ni) chromium (Cr) resistance alloy material with good heat resistance, high resistivity, and low temperature coefficient of resistance.

The representative brands are 6j22, 6j99, etc

The commonly used materials for electric heating alloy wire include nickel chromium alloy wire, iron chromium alloy wire, pure nickel wire, copper copper wire, Kama wire, copper nickel alloy wire, stainless steel wire, new copper wire, manganese copper alloy wire, Monel alloy wire, platinum iridium alloy wire strip, etc.

Kama wire is a type of alloy wire made of nickel, chromium, aluminum, and iron alloys. It has higher electrical resistivity than nickel chromium, lower resistance temperature coefficient, good wear resistance, heat resistance, and better corrosion resistance. It is suitable for making sliding wire resistors, standard resistors, resistance components and high resistance value components for micro instruments and precision instruments.

Kama alloy materials have the following characteristics: high resistivity, low temperature coefficient, low thermal potential for copper, high tensile strength, oxidation and corrosion resistance, and no magnetism.

Kama alloy is widely used in high-value resistors and potentiometers, such as automotive, consumer electronics, testing and automatic control equipment, and other fields. It is also suitable for electric heating wires and heating cables. When applied to high-precision resistors, the working temperature is 250. Beyond this temperature, the resistance coefficient and temperature coefficient will be greatly affected.

6J22 (Executive standard GB/T 15018-1994 JB/T5328)

This alloy has the following characteristics:

80Ni-20Cr is mainly composed of nickel, chromium, aluminum, and iron. The electrical resistivity is about three times higher than that of manganese copper, and it has a lower resistance temperature coefficient and low thermal potential to copper. It has good long-term resistance stability and oxidation resistance, and is used at a wider temperature

Metallographic structure of 6J22: The 6J22 alloy has a single-phase austenitic structure

The application scope of 6J22 includes:

1. Suitable for making precision resistance components in various measuring instruments and meters

2. Suitable for making precision micro resistance components and strain gaugesIMG_5959(0)
