High entropy alloy sputtering target

  High entropy alloy (HEA) is a new type of metal alloy developed in recent years. Its composition is composed of five or more metal elements. HEA is a subset of multi-primary metal alloys (MPEA), which are metal alloys containing two or more main elements. Like MPEA, HEA is famous for its superior physical and mechanical properties over traditional alloys.

  The structure of HEA is generally a single body-centered cubic structure or face-centered cubic structure, with high strength, hardness, excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance and tempering softening resistance. It can significantly improve the hardness, corrosion resistance, thermal stability and pressure stability of the material. Therefore, it is widely used in thermoelectric materials, soft magnetic materials and radiation resistant materials

  The high entropy alloy of FeCoNiAlSi system is a promising soft magnetic material with high saturation magnetization, resistivity and excellent plasticity; FeCrNiAl high entropy alloy has good mechanical properties and yield strength, which has great advantages over ordinary binary materials. It is a hot topic of research work at home and abroad. Now the preparation method of high entropy alloy is mainly smelting method, which coincides with our company’s smelting method. We can customize HEA with different components and specifications according to customer requirements
