Cobalt manganese alloy is a dark brown alloy, Co is a ferromagnetic material, and Mn is an antiferromagnetic material. The alloy formed by them has excellent ferromagnetic properties. Introducing a certain amount of Mn into pure Co is beneficial for improving the magnetic properties of the alloy. Ordered Co and Mn atoms can form ferromagnetic coupling, and Co Mn alloys exhibit high atomic magnetism. Cobalt manganese alloy was first widely used as a protective coating material for steel due to its friction resistance and corrosion resistance. In recent years, due to the rise of solid oxide fuel cells, cobalt manganese oxide coatings have been regarded as a potential excellent material. At present, cobalt manganese alloy electrodeposition is mainly concentrated in aqueous solutions. Electrolysis of aqueous solutions has advantages such as low cost, low electrolysis temperature, and low energy consumption.
RSM uses high-purity materials and, under high vacuum, undergoes alloying to obtain CoMn targets with high purity and low gas content. The maximum size can be 1000mm in length and 200mm in width, and the shape can be flat, columnar, or irregular. The production process includes melting and hot deformation, and the purity can reach up to 99.95%.
