Introducing a certain amount of Mn into pure Co is beneficial for improving the magnetic properties of the alloy. Ordered Co and Mn atoms can form ferromagnetic coupling, and Co Mn alloys exhibit high atomic magnetism. Cobalt manganese alloy was first widely used as a protective coating material for steel due to its resistance to friction and corrosion. In recent years, due to the rise of solid oxide fuel cells, cobalt manganese oxide coatings have been regarded as a potential excellent material. At present, cobalt manganese alloy electrodeposition is mainly concentrated in aqueous solutions. Aqueous solution electrolysis has the advantages of low price, low electrolysis temperature, and low energy consumption.
