Copper has the atomic weight of 63.546, density 8.92g/cm³, melting point 1083.4±0.2℃, boiling point 2567℃. It is yellowish red in physical appearance and when polished develops a bright metallic lustre. Copper has noticeably high toughness, wear resistance, satisfactory ductility, corrosion resistance, electrical and thermal conductivity. be used in an extraordinary range of applications. Copper alloys have excellent mechanical properties and low resistivity, the main copper alloys include brasses (copper/zinc alloys) and bronzes (copper/tin alloys including leaded bronzes and phosphor bronzes). Besides, Copper is a durable metal for it is highly suited to recycling.
High purity Copper could be used as deposition material for power transmission lines, electrical wiring, cables and busbars, large-scale integrated circuit, and flat panel displays.
